Our experience with Toilet Management at Govt of Telangana (Android + web)
During the peak of Corona both our processes and agility were put to test with this mission critical project that came our way. Govt. of Telangana under it’s MA&UD ministry needed a solution to manage operations and maintenance of the public toilets under its 140 plus municipalities also referred to as Urban Local Bodies (ULB). And we were given less than a month to manage this during lockdown. One of the key requirements of this solution was that it needed to be a very low cost maintenance system and also the users reviewing the toilets are both remotely placed and technically challenged for any kind of training etc. So the app had to be highly simplified and a review should be targeted in less than 2 minutes with simple clicks and no data entry.

A reputed internationally acclaimed CYBER SECURITY company wanted to integrate all it’s business verticals under a single platform and make a membership portal app both in iOS and Android, There were two critical parameters a) integrating their highly disparate independent, sales driven, and isolated systems into one single portal. A first of it’s kind register in Vitiligo (Android + web)
Telangana State, IADVL (Association of Dermatologists, Venerologists and Leprologists) came up with a very innovative request for a highly secure, HIPAA compliant VITILIGO patient registry purely for research purposes. The key success criteria was security and research readiness of data. This was the first ever such app being made in India and with no precedent being there, we jumped into research with all stakeholders involved and started understanding the requirements for such research.
